The latest update to NJUNS contains a change in the Next To Go Report and a new PT+ Close Report.
The PT+ Next To Go Report is now broken down into two separate reports. NJUNS made this change to add statistical data to the report and to increase performance of the report. NJUNS has also created a new PT+ Close Report. The reports are as follows:
- PT+ Next To Go Report – Pole Owner: This report is designed for Pole Owners to access open tickets and the current Next To Go Steps. The report returns the ticket header and the Next To Go Step and provides a break- down of the job types per Next to Go Member.
- PT+ Next To Go Report – Next To Go Member: This report is designed for any Members to access open tickets where their code(s) are the Next To Go Member. The report returns the ticket header and the Next To Go Step and provides a breakdown of the job types per Next to Go Member.
- PT+ Close Report: This report pulls tickets that can now be closed. It pulls up PT+ tickets where the given code(s) is the Pole Owner and have all steps completed. There is a limit of 5000 tickets per report.
