Update – 5/9 @11:52am   Maintenance completed and FTS functional.

Update @ 9:35pm.  Application is back up and running.  Full Text Search (FTS) will be functional at a later time.  In the meantime, please use the Ticket/Pole Number search under Search Folders (ticket numbers only; no letters) to search for a ticket.

We will be performing an upgrade of RAM on our server starting at 8:30 PM EDT on Friday, May 8th. We do not expect the system to be down for long but it will be temporarily.
