About Louisiana
The use of NJUNS in Louisiana began in 2001 as Bellsouth and Entergy expanded from their use in Mississippi to Louisiana. Over the years it has expanded to other entities such as CLECO and many electric cooperatives.
Since 2001, users in Louisiana have created over 40,000 PT+ tickets of which over 28,000 have been closed. Currently there are over 14,000 tickets open and being worked in NJUNS.
NJUNS provides two Louisiana user group meetings a year. This gives users an opportunity to discuss NJUNS and joint use related issues. The meeting dates and minutes of these meetings are posted within this portfolio.
