Please remember to check your member codes to ensure the contact and ticket email addresses are correct. You can easily see the codes on your profile by following these instructions.
Arium Networks new member codes
Arium Networks now has 34 new member codes—one for each state where NJUNS operates. Going forward, please use these new codes for all transfer steps involving Arium Networks attachments.
If you are an existing NJUNS user and need the new Arium codes added to your profile, email support@njuns.com. If you are a new user and need a login, use this link: https://forms.njuns.com/
Transitioning Legacy Crown Castle Member Codes
Crown Castle’s legacy member codes covered both fiber and antenna attachments. Most Crown Castle transfer steps were fiber-only and are now handled by Zayo.
However, nearly all Crown Castle steps created for antenna transfers combined fiber and antenna work into a single step, since Crown Castle owned both assets.
Arium Networks is working with NJUNS to identify existing Crown Castle steps that include an antenna component, and to proactively add a separate Arium step for the antenna transfer.
Best Practice: To keep pole transfers moving through to completion (i.e., removal of the old pole), use one of the following:
- Submit a dispute in NJUNS, or
- Add an Arium step for the antenna transfer
